Surrender of certificate.—Every point of presence who ceases to carry on the registration of subscribers shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recovery Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 13 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
