Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a public assembly who ceases to carry on the holding of a public assembly shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every magazine held by him has been disposed of.
