Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a public assembly shall apply to the State Government in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the State Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
