Intimation of change.—Every operator of a residential facility shall intimate to the Chief Commissioner, in Form VIII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
