Application for registration.—Every developer executing agreements for sale carrying on the execution of agreements for sale shall make an application for registration to the Collector in Form A, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every refund application held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
