Intimation of change.—Every registered match official shall intimate to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel, in Form G and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
