Surrender of certificate.—Every amateur radio operator who ceases to carry on the operation of an amateur radio station shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every authorisation held by him has been disposed of.
