Surrender of certificate.—Every custodian of securities who ceases to carry on the custody of securities shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every register of transactions held by him has been disposed of.
