Safe custody.—Every child care institution shall keep every notice of intended marriage to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the care of children in an institution is carried on, shall record in Form I the description of every notice of intended marriage so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Registrar within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
