Application for registration.—Every operator of a remotely piloted aircraft carrying on the operation of a remotely piloted aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Government of Gujarat in Form CA-7, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every navigation aid held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
