Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a remotely piloted aircraft shall apply to the Government of Gujarat in Form CA-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Government of Gujarat shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
