Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a remotely piloted aircraft dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Gujarat in Form CA-1, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every aircraft then held; and the Government of Gujarat shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
