Maintenance of premises.—Every aggregator shall keep the premises where the enrolment of subscribers in a group is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every contribution kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the enrolment of subscribers in a group, and shall furnish to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in Form 13, within fifteen days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
