Rule 22, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2016 [SBN-WJM]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a reconnaissance permit shall apply to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Regional Controller of Mines shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
