Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the body corporate shall apply to the Unique Identification Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Unique Identification Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
