Correction of entries.—The Council of Insurers may, on an application made in Form IRDA-7 by any insurance marketing firm or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fifteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
