Intimation of change.—Every exporter of services shall intimate to the Development Commissioner, in Form FC-4 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Development Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
