Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exporter of services shall apply to the Development Commissioner in Form FC-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Development Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
