Surrender of certificate.—Every exporter of services who ceases to carry on the export of services shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Development Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form FC-4 of the manner in which every export order held by him has been disposed of.
