Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a protected monument shall apply to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
