Application for registration.—Every emigrant carrying on emigration for employment shall make an application for registration to the Government of Gujarat in Form F, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate of naturalisation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
