Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976 (Goa Act 14 of 1976); (b) "operator of a stadium" means a person carrying on the running of a stadium; (c) "competition" means a competition received, held or disposed of by a operator of a stadium in the course of the running of a stadium; (d) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
