Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vehicle used for election purposes shall intimate to the State Election Commission, in Form 17A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
