Application for registration.—Every holder of a quarry lease carrying on the quarrying of minor minerals shall make an application for registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form K, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every weighbridge slip held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
