Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a quarry lease who ceases to carry on the quarrying of minor minerals shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every survey map held by him has been disposed of.
