Intimation of change.—Every polling agent shall intimate to the Delimitation Commission, in Form 12 and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Delimitation Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
