Intimation of change.—Every nominee director shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form AOC-4 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
