Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the supplier of relief materials shall apply to the Civil Defence Controller in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Civil Defence Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
