Safe custody.—Every supplier of relief materials shall keep every fire safety certificate to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the storage of relief materials is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every fire safety certificate so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Civil Defence Controller within seven days of the close of each year.
