Surrender of certificate.—Every supplier of relief materials who ceases to carry on the storage of relief materials shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Civil Defence Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every installation held by him has been disposed of.
