Application for registration.—Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application for registration to the Civil Defence Controller in Form D, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every warning held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one day from that date.
