Maintenance of premises.—Every dealer in weights and measures shall keep the premises where dealing in weights and measures is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every complaint kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with dealing in weights and measures, and shall furnish to the Director of Legal Metrology in Form B, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
