Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form F and Form E shall be supplied by the Director of Legal Metrology on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within twenty-one days of that date.
