Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission; (b) "Government" means the Government of Uttarakhand; (c) "said post" means the post of Senior Chief Executive Officer Of The Zila Parishad in the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Uttarakhand; and (d) "Service" means the Uttarakhand Civil Service.
