Application for registration.—Every seller of goods on an electronic platform carrying on the sale of goods on an electronic platform shall make an application for registration to the State Commission in Form G, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every verification certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
