Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the seller of goods on an electronic platform shall apply to the State Commission in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
