Application for registration.—Every operator of a sewage treatment plant carrying on the treatment of sewage shall make an application for registration to the Irrigation Authority in Form D, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every register of users held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
