Application for registration.—Every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall make an application for registration to the Revenue Divisional Officer in Form 12, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every record of rights held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
