Intimation of change.—Every scholarship disbursing institution shall intimate to the Government of Kerala, in Form V and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Kerala shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
