Application for registration.—Every moneylender carrying on the business of moneylending shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Moneylenders in Form G, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every deposit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
