Clause 2, Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Licence Control) Order, 2015 [SBM-6C2]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 (Uttar Pradesh Act 26 of 1947); (b) "shopkeeper in a village market" means a person carrying on the keeping of a shop in a village market; (c) "muster roll" means a muster roll received, held or disposed of by a shopkeeper in a village market in the course of the keeping of a shop in a village market; (d) "Form 7" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
