Intimation of change.—Every body corporate shall intimate to the Certifying Authority, in Form C and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Certifying Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
