Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the body corporate shall apply to the Certifying Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Certifying Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
