Surrender of certificate.—Every body corporate who ceases to carry on the handling of sensitive personal data shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Certifying Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every personal data held by him has been disposed of.
