Application for registration.—Every valuer appointed by the court carrying on the valuation of property for the court shall make an application for registration to the Registrar General in Form D, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
