Clause 2, Odisha Land Reforms (Register of holdings Control) Order, 2015 [SBK-YXQ]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960 (Odisha Act 16 of 1960); (b) "person removing earth from Government land" means a person carrying on the removal of earth from Government land; (c) "land revenue receipt" means a land revenue receipt received, held or disposed of by a person removing earth from Government land in the course of the removal of earth from Government land; (d) "Form 5" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
