Surrender of certificate.—Every registered office keeper who ceases to carry on the keeping of a registered office shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Punjab in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every register of members held by him has been disposed of.
