Surrender of certificate.—Every passenger who ceases to carry on travel by railway shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register of consignments held by him has been disposed of.
