Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any occupier of land used for manoeuvres dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Gujarat in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every identity card then held; and the Government of Gujarat shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
