Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the Biodiversity Authority in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Biodiversity Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
